The Offers and Free-Trial Subscription contains terms and conditions that govern your acquisition of subscriptions to, and use of, the Offers and/or Free-Trial Services (as defined below), and is a contract between Professional Accounting Solutions, Inc., a Florida (USA) corporation, and you or the entity or organization that you represent.
If you are an individual using these Offers and Free-Trial Services for your own purposes: (1) all references to “Client” are to you and (2) you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or have otherwise reached the age of “majority” where you reside, and that you have the right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement.
If you are using these Offers and Free-Trial Services on behalf of an entity or organization that you represent: (1) all references to “Client” are to that entity or organization and (2) you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or have otherwise reached the age of “majority” where you reside, and that you have the right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of Client.
This Agreement becomes binding and effective on Client upon the earliest of: (1) when you access or use any Offer and/or the Free-Trial Services, (2) when you click an “I Accept”, “Sign up”, “Start Free Trial” or similar button or check box referencing this Agreement, or (3) when you enter into a Free-Trial Order (as defined below) with Professional Accounting Solutions, Inc.
Free-Trial Subscriptions
Your free 1-month bookkeeping services trial starts from the date of enrollment. To continue to use our monthly bookkeeping services you will be asked to sign up for a monthly bookkeeping plan based on your company’s average monthly expenses amount over a period of three consecutive months as listed in our Pricing page. Thereafter, you will be charged on a monthly basis at the current fee for the service(s) you selected until you cancel.
Signing up for our free trial does not obligate you to continue with our monthly bookkeeping services. You will be provided 30 days to decide and select a plan to continue with our monthly services.
QuickBooks Products, Free Trials, and Discounts
QuickBooks products offer terms – Offer available for QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Online Payroll Core, Premium, or Elite (collectively, the “QuickBooks Products”). The offer includes either a free trial for 30 days (“Free Trial for 30 Days”) or a discount for 3 months of service.
Free trial for 30 days – First thirty (30) days of subscription to the QuickBooks Products, starting from the date of enrollment is free. New QuickBooks Online users on the 30-day trial period can continue using QuickBooks Online subscription after the 30-day trial by updating the billing information with a valid credit card. Thereafter, you’ll be charged on a monthly basis at the then-current fee for the service(s) you’ve selected until you cancel.
Discount – Discount applied to the monthly price for the QuickBooks Products is for the first 3 months of service, starting from the date of enrollment, followed by the then-current monthly list price. To be eligible for this offer you must be a new QuickBooks customer and sign up for the monthly plan.
QuickBooks products, free trials, and discounts are offered as convenient and such products, free trails and discounts are not covered under this agreement. You agree that Professional Accounting Solutions, Inc. does not assume responsibility for any products, content, services, websites, advertisements, offers, or information that is provided by third parties and made available through the Services, nor does Professional Accounting Solutions, Inc assume responsibility for your interactions with any Third Party Provider. If you purchase, use, or access any such products, content, services, advertisements, offers, or information through the Services or you engage with any Third Party Provider, you agree that you do so at your own risk and that Professional Accounting Solutions, Inc will have no liability based on such purchase, use access, or engagement.
Cancelation and Termination
The term of this Agreement will continue through the last Free-Trial Term to be in effect. Upon expiration or earlier termination of a Free-Trial Subscription: (a) all rights granted to Client with respect to Free-Trial Services under such Free-Trial Subscription will terminate effective as of the effective date of termination and (b) Professional Accounting Solutions, Inc will have no obligation to provide Free-Trial Services to Client or Authorized Users after the effective date of the termination.
